Pre event massage

A pre-event massage is administered before a workout, competition or sporting performance. The purpose of a pre-event massage is to increase blood circulation, flexibility and mentally prepare you for your activity and enhance your sporting performance. Pre-event massage is a short and specific massage treatment.

This Massage should be no longer than 20 minutes and should be performed right before sporting events

Post event massage

A post-event massage is administered after an intense training session or competition; this part of your recovery process. A post-event massage is designed to relieve and aches and pains you may face after training. A post-event massage flushes out the build-up of lactic acid that your body has developed while training. A Post even massage also aids with recovery range of motion and re-establishes blood flow to tight muscles.
This massage can be performed from 30 minutes up to 2 hours after intense exercise.
This massage can range from 30-45 minutes

Recovery massage

A recovery massage is like a post-event massage and should be performed after sport; however, you can administer this up to 48hours after your sporting activity. Although some post-exercise aches and pains may have already developed.

This Massage can range from 45-60 minutes

Maintenance massage

Maintenance massage consists of general massage on the entire body with specific attention to problem areas, concentrating on tight and sore muscles, stiff joints and former injury sites. A maintenance massage will benefit anyone who is doing repetitive movements over time; this will cause a build-up of pain and pressure. A maintenance massage will increase blood and lymph circulation; maintenance also carries away waste products while promoting cell nutrition and accelerating healing of damaged tissues, and calming the nervous system. Afterwards, you should feel relaxed and refreshed.
A maintenance massage should range from 45-60 minutes.

Back, Shoulder, Face & Scalp Massage
